 Overview
Nice Cup of DJ – funny name right? Well yes maybe, but not only is my
business name unusual, my level of service and commitment to making this
the most memorable day of your life is unusual too. My aim is to tailor
a music and lighting entertainment package for your wedding reception
that is exactly what YOU want and suits YOUR personal taste.
Now, I could bang on about my 15 years of experience and awards in
the music and entertainment industry (I started early so please don’t
fret that I’m some over-the-hill DJ with only the easy listening
classics) but I wont make you suffer through that. My reception package
is all-inclusive - no dodgy hidden costs and aimed at making the
planning of your special day as easy as possible.
Ok people, here’s what you get in our standard 6 hour reception
package (as I said, all in the one price):
- An obligation free consultation either in your own home, over
the phone, via email, or preferably over a cold beer at your local
(I’ll buy the first round). Please feel free to call or contact me
anytime.
- A comprehensive specialised reception music and entertainment
planner to tailor the music to your own personal tastes – or just
let me go for it - I guarantee a full dance floor.
- At last count, a catalogue of over 150,000 songs, covering all
musical tastes, styles and decades, that is ever expanding...
artists keep writing new songs - good on ‘em.
- State of the art, professional quality PA sound system...
without getting all tech on you - I love and only have high-end gear
so this basically means the music will sound GREAT.
- Seven intelligent specialised moving LED stage lights and four
high quality reception appropriate lasers. I love a good light show.
It’s essential to set the mood and get your guests desperate to bust
a move on the dance floor.
- Smoke machine (if your venue allows - we’ll check that out for
you) for the bridal waltz and boogie afterwards.
- A high quality UHF cordless microphone included for your
speeches – this allows the best man to “work the room” whilst
telling those embarrassing stories about the Groom.
- A special little gift for every couple to help them remember
their amazing day.
- And lastly... professional end to end service. I promise total
commitment to making your day as special as it deserves to be.
